Depression can take many forms. Some people experience a persistent low mood that lingers for months or years, while others find themselves sinking into deep episodes that come and go. It can be triggered by loss, stress, trauma, or sometimes it appears without a clear reason at all. Whatever its shape, depression affects not only how we feel but also how we think, connect, and see ourselves. As an integrative therapist with a humanistic foundation, I offer support to explore these experiences and to begin the process of healing and reconnection.
